Transitional Kindergarten
Welcome to the Pomona Unified School District!
To enroll in Transitional Kindergarten, your child must be four years old by September 1st of the year he/she enrolls.

Transitional Kindergarten, TK Enrollment Process
Please complete a TK Interest Form (Step 1) to be placed on our District TK Enrollment Wait List. Once the TK Interest Form is approved by the Office of Elementary Education, a Site Office Manager will contact you to complete enrollment (Step 2). Step 3: Finalize Enrollment at School Site
The School Office Manager will reach out to the family and request they bring the following documents to the school site:
Proof of Birth
- Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate, or Passport
Verification of Residence
- Property tax payment receipts
- Rent payment receipts
- Utility payment receipts
(A driver's license does not qualify for proof of residency)
Immunization Records
(The record must show the month and year of each dose.)
- Polio (4 doses)
- Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis (5 doses)
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) (2 doses)
- Hepatitis B (3 doses)
- Varicella (1 dose)
