- 15th of Month (except November and December): Overtime, additional hours, special assignments, summer school, and ROP/Adult Education Teachers. If the 15th falls on the weekend the timesheets are due the Friday prior to the 15th. Timesheets must have both the supervisor’s and the District Administrator's (if applicable) signature prior to being submitted to the Payroll Department.
- 26th of Month: Substitutes and stipend payments. If the 26th falls on a Saturday, the timesheets are due on Friday the 25th. *Please check ASEOP for updates or changes.
- Miscellaneous: Student overage pay forms are due the 5th of the following month and classroom coverages are due at the end of each semester
Please Note: Any timesheet(s) submitted to the Payroll Department after the above listed deadlines will be held and paid on the following month’s payroll warrant. Timesheets are available from office managers or secretaries.
