A Message from the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources

Welcome to the Human Resources Department of the Pomona Unified School District, where people are the heart of our mission and student success is our purpose.

At Pomona Unified School District, we proudly serve more than 20,000 students across a diverse and vibrant community in Pomona and Diamond Bar. Our district reflects the rich cultural backgrounds and experiences of the families we serve, with a student population that is predominantly multilingual and multicultural. Approximately 28% of our students are English Learners, and over 90% are identified as socioeconomically disadvantaged, demonstrating the resilience, determination, and strength of our school communities.
