for more than 15 minutes with an individual who a screen positive or instructed to return home to self quarantine as required by Health officer order of July 1st 2020 until such time as it has been determined that the individual screening positive for covid-19 symptoms is -4 covid 19 the screener notifies recite covid-19 liaison be liaison will notify District covid-19 compliance officer and lacdph as required health screening close contact definition what is a close contact a close contact is any of the following people who are exposed to an infected person while they were infectious an individual who was within six feet of the affected person for more than 15 minutes an individual who are dumb check to contact with the infected person's body fluids and or secretions for example being coughed or sneezed on sharing utensils or saliva or providing care without wearing appropriate protective equipment staff students visitors shogo 3 temperature screening with a no-touch thermal liaison is notified and will contact the district covid-19 compliance officer pair or care provider will be contacted to pick up the student screener if you encounter a person with a symptom or fever of 100.4 greater ensure that they have a face covering and notify the site covid-19 liaison students are sent to isolation staff and visitors are sent home if a student has close contact with a covid-19 person the students sent to a quarantine room the site covid-19 liaison is notified and will contact the Patrick covid-19 compliance officer parents or care provider will be contacted to pick up the student screener if you encounter a person with a symptom or fever of 100.4 greater ensure that they have a face covering and by the sight covid-19 liaison students are sent to isolation staff
