To get technical support with desktop applications such as Microsoft Office, Chrome, Adobe Flash, and Java please submit a ticket by logging into the HELP DESK. 

• Mark the REQUEST TYPE as Software
• Select Desktop: Mail/Office/Other
• Enter a subject and detailed description of the issue
• Add any additional information such as room number and contact number
