Risk Management

Pomona Unified School District’s Risk Management team is dedicated to maintaining a safe, healthy, and secure environment for all students, staff, families, and visitors. We work proactively to identify risks, prevent hazards, and support schools in making safety a shared responsibility.

We oversee employee and student safety, liability and property protection, incident reporting, insurance coordination, workplace training, and emergency preparedness. Through strong partnerships across school sites and departments, we ensure that safety practices are clear, compliant, and effective.
