Don't have access to a resource?
If you or a member of your staff is having difficulty accessing a resource, such as an application or server, please submit a help ticket and a member of our ITS staff will be able to answer questions regarding the resource.
To get technical support please submit a ticket by logging into the HELP DESK.
- Mark the REQUEST TYPE as Account / Permissions
- Select the appropriate resource
- Enter a subject and detailed description of the request
- If thisis for a member of your staff, please add their Full Legal Name to the ticket
