A note about BidNet Direct:
Accessing BidNet Direct is free, although registration is required. There are pay-for features available on the site that are not required to access and download PUSD solicitations.
Please note that all time references in PUSD solicitation documents are PST/PDT; however default time settings on Bidnet Direct are EST/EDT. It is highly recommended that, upon registering, the personal account settings on Bidnet Direct be adjusted to reflect PST/PDT to ensure accurate information is presented.
**At this time PUSD does not offer a virtual option for Pre-Bid/Pre-Proposal Conferences, unless otherwise noted in the solicitation documentation. Any new information provided, if any, will be released via an addendum. Please review the Bid/RFP packet for attendance requirements. For Pre-Bid/Pre-Proposal Conferences where attendance is mandatory, bidders/proposers must attend all components of the conference, including meetings at the designated location and all job walks at sites. Attendance will be taken at every site. If a virtual option is available, the meeting will not be recorded.
