November is National Scholarship Month, established in 1998 is meant to build awareness of scholarship opportunities. Scholarships play a vital role in allowing students to pursue education while decreasing the burden of student loan debt.
Pomona Unified offers ongoing scholarship support through the help of school counselors, administrators, teachers, career center technicians, and community partners. PUSD offers and maintains students direct access to scholarship opportunities via: pusd.org/scholarships.
Students: we encourage you to apply for as many scholarships as you can and we remind you that scholarships exist for all of the various types of educational opportunities after high school including trade schools, community colleges, and four year institutions.
