Transcripts / Records Request

Thank you for contacting Pomona Unified School District regarding student records.  

Please note that requests for transcripts, immunizations, and enrollment verification are maintained and procesed by the last school attended or graduated from.  To locate your school , click on the Schools List option located at the top right of this screen.  A drop-down menu will show all of the PUSD schools. 

If you are unsure which records you need or are unable to locate your school, contact Pupil Resources at (909) 397-4648, ext 28200 for assistance.
