This is a ticketed event by invite only. If you have tickets, you will be allowed to sit on the limited seating we have. If you do not have a ticket, you are welcome to attend, however, you must bring a lawn chair or stand towards the back. Anyone with balloons will be asked to go to the back to prevent viewing obstruction.
