PUBLIC COMMENT GUIDELINES:
Submit written comments in advance to [email protected]. In order to help ensure that board members have sufficient time to review all comments, items received by 9:00 a.m. on February 3, 2023 will be distributed to all Board Members.
The following information should be included in the body of the email:
o Commenter’s first and last name
o Organization affiliation, if applicable
o Agenda item number or general comment
Public records related to the public session agenda that are distributed to the Governing Board less than 72 hours before a regular meeting, may be inspected by the public at the Education Center, 800 South Garey Avenue, Pomona, California.
