The Panther Cafe at Diamond Ranch High School
We’re brewing up something special at DR! For the past few years, DR has had a small but endearing program called our “Panther Cafe”, where some of our students have been preparing and offering staff coffee and other refreshments. What started as a way for our students to gain hospitality skills is evolving into something extraordinary.
College & Career Community Day 2024 Highlights
On Saturday, November 16, 2024, Pomona Unified School District, in collaboration with the National College Resource Foundation, hosted a College and Career Community Day for students and families to explore various career pathways!

Harrison K-8 hosted their College and Career Parent Night this week. @pomonaunified and @bright_prospect hosted College and Career Parents nights at the Middle Schools.

The San Antonio ROP partnership with Pomona and Bonita USD has a cosmetology program to get our scholars college and career-ready! Our amazing CTE teachers teach hands-on work-based learning experiences.

There is a Southwest Mountain States Carpenters Local 909 Apprenticeship Program! They offer great opportunities for anyone interested in becoming a carpenter for on-the-job training. Students can request details at your local PUSD College and Career Center!
